- Rental Fee for Property Owners: $200 for 4-6 hrs; cleaning fee is $200

- Can a property renter rent the clubhouse? Yes. The fee for property renters is $300 for 4-6 hours; cleaning fee is $200

- Is security required at my event? If so, what is the cost? Yes, two officers are required to be contracted for a minimum of 4 hours. Pricing details are outlined in the clubhouse rental agreement.

- Can non-residents rent the clubhouse? No
