HOA & El Dorado Utility District Meetings

HOA Meetings

HOA meetings are held every 3rd Thursday of each month at 7pm (excluding December). Meeting may be held at the community clubhouse or virtually via Zoom. Details and any changes to day and/or time, if applicable, are distributed by Sterling ASI in advance of the scheduled meeting.

Events Committee Meetings

Civic Club meetings are held every 2nd Tuesday of the month at 6:00pm.

El Dorado District (MUD) Meetings

El Dorado Utility District board meetings are open to the public and are held every 4th Wednesday of each month at 11am. 

El Dorado handles matters related to your water and sewer service, as well as neighborhood security and the contract with the waste/refuse company assigned to the neighborhood.
